1. Project Delivery Timelines

We take pride in timely project delivery. The estimated timeframe for website design services is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. Any delays due to client response time may extend the agreed timeline, and we encourage proactive communication for a smooth workflow.

2. Revisions Policy

We believe in delivering results that align with your expectations. We offer a minimum of 2 and a maximum of unlimited revisions, depending on the selected package. Revisions must be requested within the project duration to ensure timely completion.

3. Client Responsibilities & Communication

  • To ensure smooth project execution, clients should provide necessary content, approvals, and feedback promptly.
  • If a client is unresponsive for 8-10 days without prior notice, we may pause the project and account for the work done, including non-responsive days.
  • The remaining balance will be credited to the client’s account.
  • To resume the project, the client must re-purchase or upgrade their package. If the client does not wish to continue, they can request a refund within 15 days, including non-responsive days.
