Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in our refund process. Refunds will be issued based on the project phase at the time of the request:

First Phase (Initial Stage)
 If the refund request is made during the first phase of the project, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount.
Second Phase (Development Stage)
 If the refund request is made during the second phase, a 70% refund of the paid amount will be processed.
Third Phase (Execution/Implementation Stage)
 If the request is made during the third phase, you will receive a 30% refund of the paid amount.
Final Phase (Completion/Delivery Stage)
 Once the project enters the final phase, no refund will be provided.

Payment & Billing Policy

1. Payment Structure

  • Payments must be made in advance, based on the chosen package.
  • We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and Net Banking as payment methods.

2. Late Payment Policy

  • Payments should be completed within 8 business days from the invoice date.
  • Late payments may result in a late fee or temporary suspension of services.

Service Agreement (SLA)

1. Performance & Expectations

  • We work with a data-driven approach and best industry practices to maximize results. However, due to changing market conditions, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Response Time

  • We aim to respond to all client inquiries within 24-72 hours on business days.

Disclaimer Policy

  • The success of digital marketing strategies depends on multiple factors, including market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
  • We are not liable for third-party disruptions such as website hosting failures, ad platform policy changes, or external service provider issues.
  • Clients are encouraged to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the best possible results.

Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership Rights

  • Upon full payment, clients will have complete ownership of the final designs, logos, and websites created for them.

2. Portfolio & Usage Rights

  • We value our work and may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, subject to client approval.
